Shipping

We are working to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your email for all order updates - be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well. We'll send an email to you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. For custom made merchandise, give us an extra week to make your order.

Customers are responsible for making sure orders placed contain the correct size, color, style, shipping address, etc. Once orders are placed, we cannot edit or adjust them. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping cost.

Orders are processed within 7 days after the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped along with your tracking number to use for tracking status.  Once packages leave our facility and picked up by the USPS, Airbrush Hawaii has no control over the shipping time, handling and delivery. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen upon delivery, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will file a claim on the customer’s behalf.  The customer will need to verify the claim. Once completed, we will work on processing your refund. Failure to meet these requirements will be at the customer’s loss/expense.

Damaged Packages or Contents: If your contents arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number. If the damage is due to external cause while in transit, DO NOT discard the shipping box/package. Please email us with pictures of your damaged box/package and merchandise to facilitate the investigation process. Do not use the defective/damaged contents and keep the original tags for the return/exchange process. Failure to meet these requirements will be at the customer’s loss/expense.

Missing Contents: If you’re missing contents from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can begin the investigation process. DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigation process, if necessary. Failure to meet these requirements will be at the customer’s loss/expense.

Domestic Shipping:

Calculated shipping rates for domestic orders only.  Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. via USPS First Class (4-5 business days) or Priority Mail (3-7 business days).  These are estimated delivery times given by USPS, but nothing is guaranteed.  Once packages leave our facility, Airbrush Hawaii has no control on delivery time/process.

Return & Exchange Policy

All custom made merchandise are ALL SALES FINAL.

Retail Store Purchases:  No custom made merchandise may be returned/exchanged. Purchases made from our retail stores cannot be returned/exchanged through our online shop.  Please check your receipt for the return policy or visit/contact our retail stores.

Online Store Purchases: Your satisfaction is our top priority.  We will gladly accept online returns within 30 days of your order shipment date. No custom made merchandise may be returned/exchanged. No online refunds will be accepted after 30 days (Holiday orders will be extended to 60 days).  Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned merchandise.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to show up on your bank account.

Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, original tags, and resalable) condition.  Generally, as a ‘rule-of-thumb” you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all original contents.  If we receive items in conditions that don't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return and it will be at the customer expense.

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs.  However, if you receive the wrong item from your order placed, please E-mail us.
